1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Daily Puzzles Pro (Android package com.kobasic.dailypuzzlespro; the "Game"), provided by Andrija Rotter Kobasić, a sole indie developer based in Croatia (operating as Kobasic; "we", "us", "our").
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Game. By using the Game you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game beyond what local law allows.
- Use the Game to break the law, harass people, or infringe intellectual property.
- Cheat, exploit, or otherwise abuse leaderboards, achievements, or anti-cheat systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Game or its assets.
- Attempt to access another user's account or impersonate another person.
We may suspend or revoke your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these rules.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed byGoogle Play Billing. Refund eligibility, billing, and renewals are governed by the Google Play policies in effect for your region. We do not store or process your payment details.
Where applicable, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your Google Play account: Play Store → your avatar → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Statutory consumer rights (including the right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law, where it applies) are not affected by these Terms.
6. User accounts
Some features of the Game require signing in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. If you suspect unauthorised access, secure your Google account first, then contact us at kobasic@gmail.com.
7. Service availability
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Online features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued. We do our best to keep things running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Third-party services
The Game uses third-party services described in the Privacy Policy. Those services operate under their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or behaviour.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrija Rotter Kobasić is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €10. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or for personal injury or death).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or for legal compliance. You can terminate your relationship with us at any time by uninstalling the Game and (if signed in) requesting account deletion via kobasic@gmail.com.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Croatia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country directs otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or on the Daily Puzzles Pro Play Store listing. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
